The ideal candidate will have experience in freight payment processing and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit freight bills for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify rates, assess fees, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of payment processing and documentation.
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications (Entry level)

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in freight payment processing or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
